The service was beyond great, especially the concierge who helped with dinner reservations and gave recommendations that left us thrilled. I was particularly impressed when I ordered room service for breakfast and they delivered the most delicious truffle eggs right on time, fantastic.

My recent stay exceeded expectations with outstanding service, especially from Annia. The location is perfect—central yet peaceful, just steps away from fantastic dining and shopping. The beautifully designed room provided a luxurious escape after exploring the vibrant city. While dining had some service hiccups, the overall experience was worth every penny!

Marie-Theres, the duty manager, offered personalized service that truly elevated our experience. The hotel's spa facilities stood out, making for a relaxing retreat during our stay.

It was just a suitable option for a speedy visit in Vienna with good value. The spa facilities were nice and relaxing. Make sure to try the indoor pool for a refreshing break.

The Park Hyatt offers a prime location in Vienna, exquisite spa facilities, and beautifully appointed rooms. The Delux King Room was spacious and comfortable, with modern technology blended with classic elegance. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, featuring freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices that cater to diverse tastes.

the park hyatt has amazing facilities, especially the spa and 15m indoor pool. it's in a prime location, just a stone's throw from the spanish riding school. i loved the delicious breakfast spread and the spacious treatment rooms for relaxation.

my stay was genuinely delightful, thanks to the exceptional staff who made personalized recommendations for local eateries just a few steps away and the hotel's superb location that allowed me easy access to beautiful parks and stunning landmarks like St Stephen's Cathedral and the Historic Center of Vienna within a short walk.

Great location and friendly staff, but lighting in the room was too dim.
